Many fan's have expected this to evnetually happen. WWE wil be introducing a tier system for Network subsriber's. The more money you spend on the service, the more you get. It's a popular style of business with many things now. Similar to how many YouTuber's shows offer different rewards, for different amounts of money donated to their show's. The big question for Sports Entertianment fans is, will even the most expensive tier include Smackdown?. Which is supposed to be moving over to the Fox network, in the U.S.

WWE purchasing of some of the biggest stars in British Wrestling scene last year. It had a really negative effect on the business in the U.K, which is just what the company wanted. Despite what they said pulbicly. Funny to hear Seth Rollins accuse AEW of stealing food from their table. When the WWE, have being doing that very thing for decades now. Will it might have dampered the U.K fire, but it's far from dead.

Legend Harley Race passed away today. He was 76 and had been battling lung cancer.

How do NJPW fans like Kenta (aka Hideo Itami)? They don't.

It is said Juice Robinson quit ROH last month due to general unhappiness with the promotion. This comes after the NJPW talent was given his own stable there. A rumor was started that NJPW and ROH were going to part ways but both companies said that was false.

Three more competitors were announced for the Super J-Cup.

Major League Wrestling and Japanese promotion Pro Wrestling NOAH have formed a partnership.

They don't make em like that anymore, that guy was known to be a legit bad-ass out of the ring. Heard Jim Cornette tell a story where he took on three guy's, who were holding up a New York cafe. He ended up getting stabbed, but didnt realize until the staff pointed it out to him. After he had already dealt with the crooks. That wasnt a publcity stunt/story either, the stroy ddint come out when it happened. Nobody told Harley wrestling was load of rubbish, at least not to his face.

That's like other stories that I've read. One time in Florida, a member of a biker gang jumped in the ring when Harley was warming up before the show only to be instantly knocked out by a head butt.

OWE announced a September tag team tournament in the UK. There will be at least one AEW team there.

The bouncer that prevented the Dayton, Ohio shooter from entering a bar to continue his rampage has been identified as independent wrestler Jeremy Ganger. He suffered a hand injury in the mayhem.

Amazing Red has come out of retirement for the Super J-Cup. He had retired in April after a neck injury.

On Raw before Summer Slam this Sunday, Goldberg returned and is challenging Dolph Ziggler, whose character is now a crybaby who thinks he's the new "legend killer". Good to see The Miz as a face again.

Roman Reigns was the victim of a hit-and-run

Big E & Xavier Woods joined forced with Ricochet against The O.C. (AJ Styles, Gallows, and Anderson)

Before their match for the Raw Women's Title, Becky Lynch and Natalya traded words

I didn't know that Al Snow bought Ohio Valley Wrestling last year. He talked about buying it and how he is using it as both a promotion and as a school, training prospective athletes in all elements of pro wrestling.

WWE is apparently interested in SANADA, who is on his way to becoming free agent and having his last programs (should he not re-sign with NJPW) with both Kota Ibushi and Kazuchika Okada

They should also mention that Andre The Giant weighed a lot heavier back in 1978. than he did by 1987. Which is when Hogan claimed to have slammed him for the first time.

You'd think so.

TSN interviewed ROH exec Joe Koff and he said some interesting things.

  • When asked if he regretted helping the Elite produce All In as it lead to the creation of AEW, he said no.
  • He said the split with the NWA happened because both sides felt it was time that the NWA grow its own "brand identity" and that people were making a bigger deal out of it than they should.
  • The partnership with CMLL and NJPW is more of a gentleman's agreement than a paper agreement. He has no problem with NJPW doing US shows.
  • The next step for ROH is to transition from syndicated shows taped weeks in advance to live broadcasts.

  • Marty Scurll came out and defeated PJ Black.
  • Kelly Klein defeated Tasha Steelz and retained the WOH title.
  • Mark Haskins & Bandido defeated Jay Lethal & Jonathan Gresham.
  • Shane Taylor vs Tracy Williams was a no contest after Flip Gordon jumped Williams with a kendo stick.
  • Rush defeated Dalton Castle in a no DQ match.
  • Tracy Williams came back out to demand a match with Shane Taylor. Taylor defeated Williams and retained the ROH TV title.
  • Caristico, Soberano Jr. & Stuka Jr. defeated Barbaro Cavernario, Templario & Hechicero in a tradtional lucha libre trios match.
  • Matt Taven defeated Alex Shelley to retain the ROH World Championship. A drunk fan inadvertently became part of this match.
  • The Briscoes defeated G.O.D. in a ladder war to retain the ROH tag titles.

Joe Hendry signed with ROH.

NJPW announced four more competitors for the Super J-Cup.
