The Best Shaw Film You've Seen Recently Is...

Even if its friday my kids went to sleep in time so i got a chance to see The Kid With A Tattoo directed by Sun Chung. While it is not my favorite shaw movie, it once again proves why Sun Chung is my favorite director from Shaw. I usely dont like Shaw comedies, and the comedy is sometimes to much even in this one, but Chung proves his skill in cinematic ones more. What i love with his movies is that it seems like every detail matters. The camera is great, so is the story, the fight choreography, even the details in the background seems to matter to this director. It all feels fresh even if its old. The Kid With A Tattoo is a solid shaw ma comedy for fans. It have some stunning fights. I love how its all mixed, its fist, spears, swords, daggers. I like it alot, i just wish Sun Chung have had done even more Shaw Kung fu movies. I totally agree! While Chor Yuen have some movies i rally enjoy, i must admit most of the time i turn on a Yuen movie it turns out to be a confucing mess. But the man have done some masterpieces aswell and if you dont remember Death Duel i urge you to see it again. It is one of my favorite Chor Yuen movies and one of my favorite Shaw movies..

    DVD Collection software

hi, thanks you for your replies. I am currently trying out the trail of Movie Collector and the trail och Collectorz connect, it seem kind of good. I can add manually or add by barcode or name. I must say im tempted by the pro version of the software. here is a taste of my first try Movies *edit* im not happy with collectorz connect since i cant change simple imformation, like on Lone wolf its listed as USA as country, and i cant change it to Japan, it is possible to change on the software on my computer but not online.. Im gonna check out bdc´s tip of the free filmaf program!

    DVD Collection software

Hi. Do you use any software to keep track of your movies? I use one since i always forget what movies i got and it makes it so much easier when browsing for new titles. I have previously used Movie Collector from collectorz, but that was ages ago before they went online. The problem when Collectorz went online was also since i collect asian movies, many of my release was not in the collectorz database and that made it a big deal to just add them to my collection. Maybe its better now? I now use a free software called griffith. Griffith is free, and good because i can easy add whatever i want with a imdb plugin and downloaded pictures. It is also easy to convert the colletion to html code and put up on the net. The downside is that the content is locally saved and i have not yet found out how to make a complete backup of my collection to move to another computer or when formating my C: drive. I have read a lot about Invelos DVD Profiler. Does anyone use that? Do you on KFC have any prefered collection software that also support asian release and rare titles? It would be great to have a software that also store everything online.

I finally took time and watched Killer Condtable, it have been waiting in the shelf for far to long. What a great flick! I love the dark, grim tone of The movie.
