  3. Born on July 2, 1988, Ian Ignacio is a second-generation martial artist and actor, the son of Filipino actor and karate expert Levy Ignacio. After growing up in San Francisco, Ignacio went to the Philippines and decided to take up Tae Kwon Do under the country's ambassador of the martial art, Monsour Del Rosario. Ignacio refused a spot on the national TKD team to return to the United States to pursue an education. He earned a degree in foreign services from the Dominican University of California. In 2014, he returned to the Philippines where he began following in his father's footsteps to become an actor. His film debut came in the action thriller New Blood in 2014, in a supporting role. The film also featured Del Rosario, who had returned to acting after an 8-year hiatus; and Ian's father Levy Ignacio. He had a brief role as a bodyguard in Mark Dacascos's directorial debut, Showdown in Manila, and had appeared in the South Korean film Master as well. However, his breakout looks to be the lead role in Vincent Soberano's The Trigonal: Fight for Justice. As lead character Jacob Casa, a MMA fighter who gives it up when his wife is pregnant only to find her comatose when he refuses to join a drug dealer's underground tournament, Ignacio showcases both his acting chops and martial arts skills. Ignacio looks to be a rising star in the world of Filipino action cinema, with a role in the upcoming Soberano horror-martial arts hybrids Blood Hunters: Rise of the Hybrids and Circle of Bones. https://ianitgnacio.wordpress.com/ https://www.imdb.com/name/nm6448856/
  4. After getting their kicks in The Art of Self Defense, Jesse Eisenberg and Imogen Poots are reuniting for this sci-fi dark comedy about a couple who think they've found their dream home in an area called Yonder and soon find themselves in an endless loop that brings them back to their home and all sorts of chaos begins to happen. The film is coming out March 27.
  5. One of the most hilarious death scenes ever...AHHHHH!!! AHHHHH!!!!!! That scene was actually spoofed in Fury of the Fist and the Golden Fleece.
  6. If that's the case, I hope I get to see Jonathan Ke Quan unleash some kicking again. Granted I know it's been almost a few decades but after working as Corey Yuen's assistant on X-Men and The One, I would love to see him unleash those skills again.
  7. According to the Canadian distributor of the film, it looks like the title of the new film has changed from the rumored Organ Donor to now Spiral: From the Book of Saw. http://www.mongrelmedia.com/index.php/filmlink?id=66364d59-dfc5-e911-a98f-0edcbcd33718

    Pro Wrestling Thread (2020)

As a father of kids with autism, this made me smile but here's what happened. A kid with autism is a fan of Bray Wyatt. He was beaten up and the bully cut him with scissors, tearing his Bray Wyatt shirt in the process. The kid's mother took to Twitter to tell her story. Well, needless to say, Bray Wyatt himself told the kid's mother to DM her the size of the shirt and that he would send her a new short and to tell her son he has her back. https://twitter.com/WWEBrayWyatt/status/1220196342724792321 Blue Demon Jr. is set to star in his own Disney Channel series, Ultra Violet and Blue Demon. The series will center on 13-year-old Violet, who is stunned when a magical luchador mask “chooses” her to be the successor to her uncle, the famed luchador Blue Demon Jr. (Demon Jr., playing a version of himself) who is actually a secret superhero. Violet will now begin her own secret superhero training, all while having to navigate the universal ups and downs of coming-of-age while keeping her new alter-ego a secret.
