    Lover's Blade

I watched the remastered print on the Celestial Classic Channel and while it is not top-notch, Celestial should release it for fans of Kara Hui and they are out there.

    R.I.P Kang Wei

The beloved husband of Jenny Hu and father of actor Terence YIn has passed away in USA of wind-related complications. He was 72. I remember him from Call Of The Sea with Li Li-hua and Sweet & Wild with Li Ching & LIng Yun.

    "Biggest" shaw star

Definitely Ivy Ling Po followed by Ti Lung.

    The Partisan Lovers

Is this Li Li-hua movie available on DVD in Korea?

Shaw movies not released by IVL

Operation Lipstick starring Cheng Pei-pei, Tina Chin Fei and Paul Chang Chung was screened on Malaysian TV today albeit with Malay subs since it was a free channel. Beautifully remastered. The Brain Stealers starring Lily Ho & Betty Ting Pei was screened last month on the Celestial Classic channel. Looks like Celestial has no plans to release any more of these unreleased gems on DVD since they are starting to be screened on TV.

Shaw movies not released by IVL

Lily Ho's The Brain Stealers have already been screened twice on the Celestial Classic Channel here in Asia. Others already scheduled for May & June are Shih Szu's The Villains, Lily Li's Champion Of Champions, Tsung Hua's The Killer, Cheng Pei Pei's Operation Lipstick, Tang Ching's The Black Enforcer, etc. I wish Celestial will release them on DVD so that other Shaw fans may watch them as well and not just us in Asia.
  7. Congratulations to Tang Wei, Jimmy Wang Yu & Kara Hui for their respective nominations in the HK Film Awards for their roles in WU XIA.

    SensAsian.com is closing...

The customer service on the Malaysian side was polite but there was this very rude Kelly in Hong Kong who sent me an awful email and it is a miracle Sensasian has lasted so long with her on the payroll. It is my guilty pleasure that she has to look for a new job.

No joke! Hoker Records/TW starts SB DVD series

More releases but they are all soft porn......The Amorous Lotus Pan, Moods Of Love, Facets Of Love.

Kung Fu Bob's ORIGINAL ART for sale

The Hwang Jang-Lee poster art is the best work Kung Fu Bob has done so far. It's excellent! Loved the details.

No joke! Hoker Records/TW starts SB DVD series

My friend in Taiwan emailed to say that the English & Chinese subs appear together and you cannot remove them. She also said the image was not 16:9.
  13. Alan Tang, 64, just passed away in Hong Kong after a heart attack.
  14. Finally watched To Kill A Mastermind on the ZiiEagle. What a great movie! Now I know why you guys are raving about it. But except for Wang Lung Wei & Yuen Hua, the other stars are unfamiliar faces at least to me. Didn't they make it? All of them are acrobatic and can fight so well.

    Hoker releases Shaws in Taiwan

I hope the rares will follow.
