*TV listings are as fluid as a tai chi fighter and may change without notice. Channels may also vary schedules by region. Movie titles and dates are based on the channel listings and usually reflect US release versions. The scriptures say “the wise man always checks local listings”.
The days are colder and Thanksgiving is looming… and since there aren’t a whole bunch of Thanksgiving movies to pull out of the vaults, we are finally seeing an increase in the martial arts movies we all love! Just like every week there is also WALKER, TEXAS RANGER. WGN is airing it Monday through Wednesday mornings at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 AM while GRIT shows it every night 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00 PM.
As far as movies go, things start off slow on Monday. IFC has THE FOOT  FIST WAY (2006) at 6:00 AM and that is it for Monday. Tuesday all the action is on El Rey. They have MORTAL KOMBAT (1995) at 4:00 PM followed by KICKBOXER 4: THE AGGRESSOR (1994) at 6:00 PMKICKBOXER 3: THE ART OF WAR (1992) at 8:00 PM and KICKBOXER 3: THE ART OF WAR (1992) at 10:00 PM before they kick off Wednesday with KICKBOXER (1989) at midnight. And yeah, you read that right: they are showing those movies in reverse order! Then El Rey pulls out TIMECOP (1994) at 2:00 AM before returning to the KICKBOXER movies with KICKBOXER 5: REDEMPTION (1994) at 4:00 AM. It is a good couple of days if you are a JCVD fan! TNT continues Wednesday with RUSH HOUR (1998) at 8:00 PM and RUSH HOUR 2 (2001) at 11:00 PM. IFC finishes off the night with CRANK (2006) at 11:00 PM.
